PAYMENT
DEPOSIT / ADVANCE PAYMENT

For individual orders and custom work, a 50% deposit is required before work begins.

The deposit guarantees the reservation of materials and the master's time.

In case of order cancellation after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the actual costs of material procurement, preparatory work, and the team's working time.
FULL PAYMENT

After the work is completed, the client pays the full order amount.

The order is shipped after full payment is received.

Shipping costs are paid by the client separately, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
DELIVERY

The production time for individual items depends on the complexity of the work and is agreed upon individually during the order placement.

Standard items are shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery is available throughout Ukraine and worldwide.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
STANDARD GOODS (EVERYTHING EXCEPT FUR)

Standard goods that are not individual or custom orders may be returned without explanation within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of use or damage.
INDIVIDUAL ORDERS AND REDESIGN

Returns and exchanges of individual orders, including fur items, redesign and custom products, are not accepted, as such items are made specifically to the client's order.

The client has the right to report a serious manufacturing defect that: was not previously agreed upon, or does not correspond to the agreed description or technical specification. The notification must be sent no later than 72 hours after receipt of the item, with mandatory photo or video evidence. In such cases, The Cabinett, after reviewing the claim, may offer: repair or reworking of the item; exchange; partial or full refund.
HIDDEN MATERIAL DEFECTS
If hidden defects in vintage, rare or natural materials are discovered during the work process that make it impossible to complete the order without compromising the quality or safety of the item, The Cabinett reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order. In such a case, 25% of the total order amount is non-refundable and covers the costs related to material sourcing and selection, its assessment, preparatory and already completed work. The client may be offered an alternative material (similar or different) with a possible adjustment of the budget and timeline by mutual agreement of the parties.
